What To Expect

Where To Go & Park

When you come to Holmdel Senior Center you will notice it because the Holmdel Municipal Building and Police Station sits on one side while the Post Office is on the other side. Parking is located in either the front or rear of the building.

Once you enter the building you will be greeted by one of our friendly members, feel free to sit anywhere.  The service will start promptly at 10 a.m. and finish at 11:00 to 11:15 a.m.  We hope that you will stick around afterward to get to know others.

We believe God’s Word, the Bible is life changing. It holds the very words of God, offers wisdom and truth for living, and guides every aspect of life. At Gateway you will hear powerful, Biblical messages relevant to your life that will engage you and help your continual spiritual growth.

God desires we live a life of worship and praise to HIM. The Gateway Worship experience involves A-Capella Singing, Prayer, Preaching, Communion, and Fellowship. All of these are for God’s glory and the building up of His people. We encourage you to participate with any part of the service that seems comfortable to you.

What To Wear

We hope you will come as you are and be comfortable while you worship with us. Although Jesus most often wore a tunic, cloak, and sandals…we do not expect you to come as Jesus, but as yourself. There will be people dressed in jeans and t-shirts as well as a business casual attire.

During the assembly, we encourage you to sing, to pray, to listen to the message, and to participate in honoring and worshiping God with us.
