Located next to the Prudential Center, the newly reimagined Junction at Gateway Center is part of Onyx Equities’ sweeping modernization plan to the entire Gateway complex, a four-building, 2.3M square foot mixed-use redevelopment project at the center of Newark’s booming downtown. Within Gateway, The Junction is a series of high-end experiential retail corridors, marketplace-style dining halls and lifestyle centers with indoor connections to Newark Penn Station, a Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, three major “Class A” office towers: One Gateway, Two Gateway and Four Gateway, and several new residential developments under construction. The newly reimagined space is expected to draw over 75,000 daily visitors once complete.
