The Gateway Center is a commercial complex in Newark, New Jersey. Located downtown just west of Newark Penn Station between Raymond Boulevard and Market Street; McCarter Highway runs through the complex. Onyx Equities hired Splendor to create a suite of marketing materials for the property including custom website design and website development, custom video production, email marketing, banner design, and signage design. This commercial real estate marketing project was a success for the landlord, and helped attract new CRE tenants to the building.
